Self-taught in the culinary arts, Sandy started the company in 1991. Under her guidance, The Festive Kitchen has been awarded numerous awards including The White House Food Service Medallion. She is also a frequent speaker at national restaurant shows, and contributor to several national food publications.
Heading up operations of two retail food shops, commissary kitchen, a dessert production kitchen and a frozen production kitchen is a hard work, but Leslie loves the creativity and challenges of the job.
